The freedom of the present


Just for today let yourself feel the way you do. Just observe the feelings within yourself, You can witness your emotions, simply allow yourself to observe, be present as the observer of your own mind, thoughts, and emotions as well as you experience them in your everyday life. Within the emotions you are afraid to feel, is the wisdom you always have been waiting for.


When are aware of your emotions you realise you have not always been present, and that’s the very moment in which you are present. Just being rooted in the present allows you to understand and let go. It allows you to be free, as you are no longer trapped in your mind and your emotions whenever you are able to observe things as they are.


Peace, freedom, and relief cannot flourish until you have freed yourself.

Peace, freedom, and relief are deep states of being or rather three aspects of the state of Being.

Staying present in everyday life helps to be deeply rooted within yourself, otherwise the mind will drag you along like a wild river.  


Hypnotherapy can help achieve these altered states and to use them to deepen your awareness of the present moment and your connection to yourself and to the world around you.


In my practice, the emphasis on the present moment is seen as a way of breaking free from habitual patterns and achieving personal transformation. Hypnotherapy and being here now as a way of life is also a way to happiness as being at peace of mind. All is relaxed, at peace, and perfect in the moment. You are in the universe, and everything in it is perfect now.


With hypnosis you can allow your mind to absorb knowledge at a level far deeper than you yourself could reach. And when the instructions that wisdom offers surface at the top of your mind, a new life will be waiting for you.   


You are essentially yourself when you allow yourself to be still. When still you are more fully yourself than you have ever been before, or rather it is only now that you are truly yourself, an idea of true awareness and enlightenment that can only be achieved by fully inhabiting the present moment rather than dwelling on the past.


We all experience moments when we are fully alive, when we know that life is exactly as it is in the moment. In such moments, we do not wish for anything  to be different or better, because such moments are perfect in themselves, they are complete. Therefore only the moment of now, exists, perfectly, ever.


Enlightenment is awareness of a different way of being. It’s a way you show up to your life and make sense of your world, you realise who you are in your universe and the freedom it brings to your life through transformation, it is an experience so powerful that a change happens in your  world-view, so that you start perceiving the flow of the energy as it really is.
