The speed of progress depends on how much time one participates in hypnotherapy sessions each week. Statistically, those who participate in intensive hypnotherapy sessions and train themselves in self-hypnosis progress the fastest.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends upon one’s particular hypnotherapy program. In some cases, a single session can produce remarkable results. Some participate in hypnotherapy sessions for a longer time than others. An average is around one or two sessions per week. The more intensively the sessions are performed, the more rapid progress one makes.
Is hypnosis safe?

While in this pleasant state of higher awareness and understanding, you will always be in complete control over yourself and the surroundings. You are not only completely in control during the session, but you will also attain more control over yourself, your thoughts, your feelings and your life in general as a result after the session.
